Format - Reinforcing the value of creative teamwork
The challenge in designing a series of internally-aimed pieces for office staff was in achieving a voice undemanding in tone without condescension. The purpose of the poster series was to reinforce all company values.
As design lead, a custom version of the corporate typeface was designed illustrating the cross-disciplinary nature of the office environment while preventing the message from communicating in an overly preachy manner.
A contemporary and dynamic series of printed posters were produced aligning with the Format brand that communicate effectively without appearing ostentatious.
