UKG Product Identity and Content Voice Assistant Design

As the UKG software family matured through research and design iteration, an app icon family was developed to aid in product differentiation.

After the merger between Ultimate Software and Kronos, extensive work began on designing systems to help bring visual and experiential continuity between the two product offerings.

Atlas, the new UKG voice and tone assistant, was created to both help teams design consistent content (visual and written), and to aid customers navigate their own content requirements through their own work maturation process. I proposed a vector-based illustration approach in order to allow more control over the production process of expanding the visual language of the Atlas program.

I had the opportunity to also contribute to customer journey-mapping visualizations that were based on key customer contexts. These mapping exercises were created closely with the content design team, working with strategy and research input to help create practical, applicable, and relatable experiences.
